Final Fantasy VII Advent Children: Yuffie Kisaragi 02

Prone to motion sickness and hopelessly obsessed with the collection of mana, Yuffie Kisaragi is the daughter of the leader of Wutai who wishes to return her country to its former glory, and not a mere tourist spot. In Advent Children, she helps Cloud and Tifa in the fight against Bahamut SIN. There is also a prequel novella "Case of Yuffie" which details about how Geostigma pread to Wutai and what Yuffie did to find a cure to help her people.

Final Fantasy VII Advent Children: Yuffie Kisaragi 02

Final Fantasy X: Rikku 02

This is probably my last post for the year 2009, so lets make it... cute!

Rikku, the bilingual, 15-year-old Al Bhed, is a talented theif who is somewhat childish, but also very cheerful and optimistic. She loves her cousin Yuna dearly and wishes to stop her from going through with her pilgrimage. She also informs Tidus of Yuna's fate when she summons her Final Aeon.

So cute this Yuna! And intersting shoes I might add. I really like her outfit in X more than X-2. Awesome work!

Final Fantasy X: Rikku 02

This is probably my last post for the year 2009, so lets make it... cute!

Vampire Knight Cosplay - Little Story about Vampire Knight

Vampire Knight is an anime / manga Story that Talk About the story of the Cross Gakuen, where Cross GAkuen divided into 2 classes, One: Day Class and The Ohter Night Class.

Night Class has a secret, that everyone who was there is a vampire. Therefore, Yuki Cross and Zero is his adopted brother, in charge of where you wish to be a "Guardian" or protective Day Class.

Story Characters (Vampire Knight Cosplay)

- Yuuki Cross/Yuuki Kuran : Daughter of school principals Cross Gakuen. The place where vampires and humans live side by side as friends. Kaname loves Yuuki, but she also put the heart at Zero.

- Kaien Cross : Headmaster Cross Gakuen. He is funny and humorous person who gives fresh impression on the mystery genre anime. But, in fact he is a vampire hunter who has hunted many legendary vampire.

- Zero Kiryuu : Foster brother Yuuki. He was appointed by Kaien because both parents had been killed by Zero pure blood vampire. He himself has been bitten and into Level E. Zero Yuuki put the heart at a time that he could not admit it. Zero keep battling until the end of vampire blood.

- Ichiru Kiryu : Zero's brother. He ran away from home with a vampire who had killed his parents. He was very fond of Zero, but he's holding a grudge on her sister because since childhood, his brother was always of more attention than himself, who was weak. At the end of the story he died with bloody rose gun.

- Shizuka Hio : Pure blood vampire who has bitten Zero and killed his parents. He was dubbed the queen of vampires. Therefore, even though he was insane, no one would dare kill vampires because of the purity of his blood.

Final Fantasy VII Advent Children: Cloud Strife 04

In the recent Anime Festival Asia 2009 where Alodia and Ashley Gosiengfiao represented Team Philippines, a famous cosplayer was among the judges and gave the sisters full marks, even though they didn’t win.

That cosplayer is known as Kaname. I recently found out that he is also the same cosplayer behind the other Cloud Strife I featured more than a year ago.

You have to admit, Kaname makes a very convincing Cloud. If anyone happens to know where his website is, I’d love to link his images back to him. Thank you!

Final Fantasy VII Advent Children: Tifa Lockhart 02

Though she plays a more minor role in Advent Children than in Final Fantasy VII, Tifa did battle against Loz and later, against Bahamut SIN. She has shorter hair than her original character design mainly because animating long hair was proven to be quite difficult.

She looks like an older, more mature version of Rinoa to be honest. But I think a few people will get mad at me for saying that. Beautiful cosplay though! And the characters for the cosplayer’s name means “little fish”, Xiao Yu. Great cosplaying!

Final Fantasy VII Advent Children: Tifa Lockhart 03

Script writer Nojima Kazuhige describes Tifa to be "very much like any woman who's been left behind like a man", meaning someone who was hurt emotionally, but not clingy. She urges Cloud to come to terms with the unwarranted guilt he places upon himself, and takes care of Barret's adopted daughter, Marlene, as well as another child known as Denzel.

I think she may be the same Tifa as the cosplayer I featured more than 2 years ago, but I still find her pretty impressive. She still makes me think that she jumped right out of the film. Great cosplay!

Final Fantasy Versus XIII: Noctis Lucis Caelum

The "Sky of the Night Light", Noctis is the last Heir of the Caelum Dynasty and protects his city-state from those who seek the Crystals. The Crystals allow him to control his weapon by telekinesis, as they range from swords, to spears, to lances. He is said to be the first to break the mold of typical Final Fantasy protagonists' personalities, as he is idiosyncratic.

Beautiful cosplay! I've actually yet to play this game, or any of the Final Fantasy games for that matter, but I've always appreciated their art work. And it looks like the cosplayer put a lot of effort in the details of his sword too. Great job!

Final Fantasy X: Yuna 06

Nomura Tetsuya designed Yuna with hibiscus flowers as her name depicts. Her name also means “night” so her weapons are empowered by the moon. Yuna also has heterochromia, which explains her different colored eyes; her blue eye comes from her half-Spiran bloodline and her green eye comes from her half-Al Bhed bloodline.

Beautiful cosplay! Good location too. I wonder if she had a hard time keeping her hair fixed? Thanks for sharing this!

Final Fantasy XIII: Éclair Farron aka Lightning

After the death of her parents, Éclair Farron discarded her birth name and chose to be known from then on as “Lightning” in order to escape her insecurities and vulnerabilities. She wanted to become a stronger person so that she could care for her younger sister, Serah. As a result, she is very serious, unforgiving, and relentless.

A demon and a butler, Sebastian Michaelis formed a contract with Ciel Phantomhive to abide by his master’s will in exchange for his soul. He is required to do whatever Ciel commands, including becoming his personal bodyguard. Sebastian bears a striking resemblance to Ciel’s late father, Lord Vincent Phantomhive.

Vocaloid: Meiko

One of the first Vocaloids created by Crypton Future Media, Meiko’s voice is based on a Japanese female singer, Haigou Meiko, whose singing is suitable for any musical genre. The anime character added on the box of the DTM (Desktop Music) software had nothing to do with the singer’s image, but her appearance had an appeal to the mainstream audience, selling the software quite well.

Final Fantasy X-2: Rikku 08

The prominently featured Theif and one of the main protagonists of Final Fantasy X-2, 17-year-old Rikku showed Yuna a mysterious sphere featuring a familiar person. This convinced Yuna to leave Besaid on a journey, with Rikku following close behind her.

People might say her hair is all wrong since she's not blond, but she still makes a pretty Rikku! Thanks to Benjamin for sending this in!

He Is My Master: Sawatari Mitsuki 02

Izumi's younger sister who was also hired by Yoshitaka to become one of his maids, Mitsuki is an industrious young girl who, with the help of Yoshitaka's media archive, makes her older sister a "Net Idol". Izumi's popularity and Mitsuki's hard work, eventually allows Izumi to pay off her debt. Mitsuki also gains popularity and has her own fan club from her school and other schools as well.

Final Fantasy IX: Kuja

The main antagonist of Final Fantasy IX, Kuja is a gunrunner obsessed with power. He is narcissistic, flamboyant, and ruthless who is considered a classic villain due to his habit of monologuing. He is well versed in the arts and has a great fondness for classical works such as Lord Avon’s play, “I Want To Be Your Canary”.
