Elephants Should Sit on Bullies

Beautiful sunny freezing cold Tuesday my lovelies, I hope your morning isn't as cold but is as sunny as mine.. So I started my day reading up on local and world news read about; Muslim orphans who need homes but Islamic law won't allow American Muslim families to adopt them, a newly wed Indian couple honeymooning in South Africa and the wife is found dead taxi driver says husband hired him to kill her, Germans have the most extreme view of Muslims, Obama's Kenyan grandmother went on hajj and prayed for him to become Muslim, wikileaks still tripping..
Finally I read up on my local news and the first happening that pops out at me is this.. I am really disgusted by the fact that this young man's trial for justice is still being procesed, they need to charge all the young men who were apart of this terrible incident.. Bullying and school beatings have never sat well with me even if as some might say "a little name calling and shoving never hurt anyone".. Those kind of interactions escalate to something more, they always do.. I will never understand the mindset of those who bully, but to have been one who's been bullied as a child even though some would say my case was harmless it left mental scares, those are some of the hardest to heal, in my opinion..
I know there are millions of statements out here in medical journals and books by doctors explaining why bullies bully but I'm just not okay with it at all, I get that some of their issues/reasons are as terrible if not worse then their reason for doing it but that doesn't make it okay.. Adults need to pay more attention to these children and work to reach out to them and not give up because even though these children hurt, others are being hurt in return being killed/killing themselves and that's not okay.. Those of us who can stand up for those in need, especially if you see it happen do so sometimes it's as simple as telling the bully to stop other times you might have to call authorities for help either way we can do it so lets!!..
I pray for the youth and those who are grown and still suffer from bullying verbal or physical, I hope we can find better days of positivity and peace push that out instead of one another.. I honestly hope for a better future for us all, we need to heal ourselves and this earth.. Now to end my soap box spiel, I hope you wonderful people have a wonderful day today, send out your positive light and smile at someone today it could change their life/make their day..
Light.Love.Peace..

Peace & Blessings, That Black Girl
