| Our New Year meet for 2011 will be held indoors! *Cosplay New-Year* Will be taking place at The Nelson (Premier Inn) Hotel on Prince of Wales Road in Norwich (Riverside) opposite the rail station , we have booked a big space to hold this event (one individual room and an open space big enough to cater for over 30 people). So please come join us on Saturday the 22nd January 2011! We also have a projector that we've been told we can use, and so if we can get permission to screen some anime we may do that, or perhaps someone could bring a Wii with some games? Suggestions are welcome. Raye will be bringing along a disc of sorts with AMV’s to show along with our past event clips. For those of you travelling to Norwich with bags of stuff we have a lockable room so everyone can leave valuables there if needed. The intention is to break the day up with a trip to local stores (including Toyz and Gamez) and also to Hollywood Bowl to have fun on the arcades. The other space is more open plan for mini games etc. *Timings* ~We would like everyone to meet us there at 10:30am, if you’re a little late or lost please contact Raye via email (Raye_AniMedia_East@yahoo.co.uk) or PM her on Facebook. ~Meet, greet and small mini games will be held by Raye after 11:00am (please listen out if you want to take part) ~Lunch will range from 12:00 mid day to 13:30pm - the food at the venue is good quality and price ~Late afternoon, after lunch - we will be (hopefully) showing some videos then trekking into Norwich and visiting Hollywood Bowl. ~Evening meal - this is booked at 6pm - **Please email Raye at Raye_AniMedia_East@yahoo.co.uk if you don’t want to eat with us** ~Farewells - We have the space booked until 8pm so please ensure you have organised your travel arrangements as this is the time we will be heading home.
