America's Cafeteria Trickery

Good evening beautiful people, I hope your day was wonderful and your night is bringing the blessings to a close for today.. So I was looking at Yahoo's news feed, to be more exact health and to narrow it down even further children/teen health.. A clear known issue we deal with on a regular basis in America is how to help those we love with a weight issue and exactly how we should execute the plan to get them back to a healthier place.. So the article I stumbled upon was this school cafeterias tricking the masses about lunch room meals and how nutritionists and psychologists are working together to implement a plan, (well one that's been put into action in some states already) that will pretty much trick the youth into eating better but not by force but they're own choices.. I laughed a little to myself not that it wouldn't work or anything but the root of the issue is what are they eating at home and are these meals even home cooked healthy meals..
I mean I went through an overweight stage but that was honestly my fault I was in high school then not grammar/middle school, so I had complete control over what went into my body.. These babies don't, half of them don't even know how to boil water let alone use a stove unsupervised.. The blame and final solution falls upon the parents they need to explain to their children why they make certain dishes, why it's good for us let alone how it will better our bodies in healthy growth development.. Some might disagree with me about this as well as "healthy" costing bucks one may not have, but it doesn't all "healthy" costs is your time and effort.. The end results are wonderful in my opinion..
Also we can't blame this issue entirely on food, it's also the issue of youth not being active and actually burning calories through physical activity.. I think we'd be off to a healthier tomorrow if those simple choices are implemented in our daily lives.. So with that said this ends this entry, hope you all have a blessed night..
